I have been a therapist for over 20 years, having qualified in
Nutritional Therapy and Therapeutic Massage in the 90's.
I very quickly developed a passion for working with women,
pregnancy and babies, took additional courses in pregnancy
massage and became one of the first to train with the
International Association of Infant Massage in this country. I have always found the work immensely rewarding as well as wonderfully flexible when I had my own children.
Over the years through my classes, talks and one to one
treatments, I have witnessed the powerful role of nutrition
and massage in supporting the health and wellbeing of women, parents and babies. I joined forces with midwives and other therapists working within preconception, pregnancy and babies to found Nest www.nestlondon.com to share our knowlege and expertise and refer where necessary. Recently I extended this care by branching out into the world of skincare and developing an organic pregnancy and baby range, Nom Nom www.nomnomskincare.com
I am a member of FNTP Federation of Nutritional Therapy
Practitioners and The International Association of Infant
Massage and am bound by their strict codes of practice and
ethics. I update my skills and knowledge with continuous professional development.
